At Spaciable, we are excited to have joined the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) Tech Partner Programme.

The RICS Tech Partner Programme is a collaboration platform for innovative data and technology across the globe producing thought leadership, content, and market insight for the profession.

We are passionate about driving forward innovation and adoption of technology within the property industry, with a focus on improving sales, marketing, handover and customer care processes across the build to sell, built to rent and social housing sectors.

Our relationship with RICS will help us continue in our commitment to driving digital change in 2024.

As part of our collaboration with RICS, Spaciable Founder and CEO, David Graydon, participated in a panel discussion focusing on the growing role of AI in property management, hosted by Aaliyah Pollock and featuring Robert Corley from Gigabyte Software, Kurt Lyall from LoftyWorks and Katarzyna Szmurlo-Sirbu from Aiden.
